Habelia · France
We build and operate AI-run digital businesses.
Habelia is a one-person company running a portfolio of digital businesses — SaaS, e-commerce, agency services and digital products. The operating work is done by a system of AI agents that I design, run and supervise.
01 — Portfolio
Five businesses, one operator.
Each line is a distinct revenue model with its own stack, brand and customer. They share infrastructure, design system and the agent layer that runs them — which is what makes a company this size economically possible.
| Line | Model | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Atlas Studio | Agency · retainer | Web design and build for small businesses, sold as monthly website subscriptions. | Live |
| Midas | AI automation · B2B | Custom AI automation for SMBs — lead handling, back-office, document flows. | Live |
| Deskora | E-commerce | Dropshipping store with automated sourcing, pricing and fulfilment checks. | Live |
| Nox | Digital products | Templated digital goods sold on marketplace channels, produced and listed in batch. | Live |
| Orion | SaaS | Software product for recurring subscription revenue — in build. | Building |
02 — System
The company runs on agents, not headcount.
Eight named agents cover the operating surface of the portfolio. Each one owns a domain, reports into an orchestrator, and works from the same company context: brand rules, product data, pricing and tone. I set direction and hold the decisions; the agents execute the volume.
Godo
Orchestrator
Plans work across every line, delegates to the specialist agents, reports back daily.
Atlas
Agency operations
Sales, scoping, delivery pipeline and client-facing assets for Atlas Studio.
Midas
Automation delivery
Turns client processes into shipped automations; runs the Midas build queue.
Nox
Product scouting
Finds demand on marketplaces, drafts the product, prices it, publishes it.
Vega
Store operations
Sourcing, catalogue, pricing and order exceptions for Deskora.
Orion
Product & engineering
Specs, build and iteration on the SaaS line.
Luma
Visual production
Brand-consistent imagery, layouts and creative assets for every line.
Pixel
Reporting
Dashboards and the numbers I actually steer from.
03 — Stack
One stack, reused across every line.
The portfolio is deliberately standardised. A new business line is a configuration of known parts rather than a new technology bet — which is how one person can operate five of them.
- ProductNext.js, TypeScript, React
- DataSupabase (Postgres, auth, storage)
- PaymentsStripe — subscriptions and one-offs
- DeliveryVercel, edge-cached, preview-first
- EmailResend on owned domains
The reasoning layer is Anthropic.
The agents above are not scripts with a language model bolted on.
Planning, delegation, tool use and self-review run through Claude — the system that decides what each agent does next, across five businesses, in one shared context.
That is the piece we are building on, and the piece we want to go deeper on.
Stack list is current as of this site's last deploy.

Where a startup program would land.
We are the profile the program is for: early-stage, bootstrapped, no institutional investor, and a product whose core loop does not work without the model. Below is what the support would actually change.
- StageEarly-stage, bootstrapped, no institutional investor
- FoundedWithin the last five years

- SpendAnthropic is the primary line of our monthly AI spend

Three things, in order.
1. Token budget at the agent layer. Multi-agent orchestration is context-hungry: the orchestrator planning across five lines, then each specialist re-reading company context to act. Volume is the current ceiling on how many businesses the system can carry.
2. Applied AI support. We want to move from "agents that work" to evaluations, cost control and reliability patterns we can defend to clients.
3. Claude Team for the company surface. A real company seat, on the company domain, so the operating layer and the human layer are the same tool.
